Intrigued, I googled Poopdeck Street, but I couldn't find the origin. I guess it's just because its a fishing/seabord town.
Great picture, though :-)) Definitely makes you think...and wonder.....
I liked your comment at the Palace - I didn't think I would like re-enactment as much as I did. Mind you, Aginoth claims the kudos for persuading me to join in... When I see black pudding, I am glad I am a vegetarian..... [wrinkles nose]

ReplyDeletehi mar. You asked about trackbacks.
ReplyDeleteQuite easy really.
You send your permalink for one of your posts to the unique trackback id on another blog that is trackback enabled.
So get the permalink of today's post, then get the trackback id of say one of my posts and send a 'trackback ping' to make it work.
Haloscan can do this easily, for example.
Then, an extract of your post can appear directly in my blog along witha clickable link to see the rest of the original post.
I have mine set up so that it appears as a popup (with the little toaster icon). Most people who use this do them 'in-line'.

Its a way of running a debate between two blogs, for example.
Used in quite a few political blogs.
