ABC Wednesday
R is for rest and relax.. How about doing so at the North Sea? these are the traditional beach chairs, they offer a full-stretch-out, footrests with adjustable height, and a small sideboard to hold your food and drinks, don't they look fun and inviting?
The look relaxing and restful. Great idea for R!
ReplyDeleteinviting and colourful!
ReplyDeleteWow!! What fun and so relaxing. Vacations could last forever :)
ReplyDeletePerfect idea! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's all I need here! I think I need to visit this beautiful beach and enjoy some chair!

I instantly felt at home when you mentioned the North Sea - colourful, but windy :-)
ReplyDeleteHola Mar,
ReplyDeleteEs curiós aquest maremagnum de tumbones!!
Beautiful shot of vast landscape.
ReplyDeleteLovely beach and wonderful to see all those chairs, but we shall have to wait some time before we can enjoy the sea, the beach and the sun!
ReplyDeleteGoodness, that's a lot of colorful chairs on the beach. They do sound just about perfect with their footrests and adjustable everything.

ReplyDeleteR & R! How clever! I would have never thought of that. Like the photo with the thought too. Well done!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes,

I'd rather be there than here.

Looks indeed like a relaxing way to enjoy a restful vacation.
ReplyDeleteMaking me think of candy again.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful beach, beautiful view. Am hoping to get to Spain for a week in December!
ReplyDeleteSo many chairs and they do look comfy. I am not a beach person, but I do believe I could enjoy that beach with a good book, and a glass of sweet ice tea.
ReplyDeleteYes, they do look fun and inviting! Too bad the weather isn't though! I love those relaxing and restful chairs!
ReplyDeleteOh, my gosh - these look delightful!!
ReplyDeleteLove all of the colors, but they make me laugh with all of the ways they are turned.. I can imagine the crowds of the summer...
ReplyDeleteNothing like relaxing on the beach... Nice! Here in the Philippines, we have lots of beautiful beaches.. Though I'm not a good swimmer, I enjoy taking a dip.. =)
ReplyDeleteANyway, here's mine. Hope you could come visit me.. =)

Interesting post! Those beach chairs so colorful!
ReplyDeleteYes, it would be nice if we had this at the Belgian coast too ! it's so practical and looks much nicer than the beach chairs !
ReplyDeleteThe country is still more or less under water and now the poor people are sitting in mud ! It's really terrible when I see this on TV. It's impossible to go there.
Looks like bracing Skegness!
ReplyDeleteThe chairs look wonderful, but the sky could do with a bit more blue in it. Unless it's just the way the photo turned out and it's a beautiful sunny day! In that case: it all looks very inviting!
ReplyDeleteI UP for that!!! Man! Good thing that wasn't OUR beach TODAY... all those things would have BLOWN AWAY!!!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was about 12-14 years old (back in the dark ages), I had a pen pal from Germany. She sent me a photo of her on the beach, in a chair just like those!!
ReplyDeleteI thought they were interesting and funny....but it represents R and R...good for the soul indeed!
ReplyDeleteI like this picture. Its kind of strange as well. Peering over the grass to a ... deckchair convention(!?)
ReplyDeleteSome R&R sounds so good right now! :)
ReplyDeleteThose are great. I love how they are scattered randomly across the beach and the view through the dune grass. They remind me of Holland.
