E is for essential.

    Great take on the letter E Mar. Where I live getting excellent olive oil is very expensive. There is a huge price range but I can definitely tell the difference.

    For me it's not a diet it is part of my cooking. I only use Olivie oil, sometimes sunflower oil or soya oil, but never butter or maragarine.

    Essential indeed. I bought a blood orange flavored OO in an OO shop in Arizona recently. It's good enough to eat over ice cream!

    Olive oil is a gift from God. First time I ever really tasted it was, as Kris said, dipping bread in it. Extra virgin for salads, virgin for regular cooking... heaven. Nice take on ABC, and glad I found your blog! Peace, Amy Barlow Liberatore (Here is my ABC if you care to sample:)
