The old blogger -together with her old and traditional identity!!- is back from Geneva, among other places, where I saw this broken chair again, in front of the UN building. It symbolizes opposition to land mines and cluster bombs...
Welcome back to Blogworld ! I was surprised to see this enormous chair, because I haven't seen it when I was in Geneva but now I understand it had been removed and put back in 2007, that's why. I think I was there in 2005. Have you seen the spot were Sissi has been shot ?
It certainly IS vertical! A very interesting monument too.... what is UP with your identity dear? Are you having a hard time figuring out WHO you want to BE when you grow up???
Thanks for your comment, the best part of every post! ☀ IMPORTANT: ☀ kindly leave your direct link to the current meme, if you have multiple blogs. Thank you very much!!
That is one big chair!

I thought it might be a furniture factory. We have a giant wing-back chair here in NC, at a place where a lot of furniture is sold. Welcome back!
ReplyDeletei like it that it has social relevance...
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting idea. It would definitely stop anyone who saw it so they can find out what it symbolizes. Such an important issue.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend.
