n is for numismatic

While numismatists are often characterized as students or collectors of coins, the discipline also includes the broader study of money and other payment media used to resolve debts and the exchange of goods. Source.

Here's an old French coin I bought at a flea market last summer for less than 1 euro (just for fun, I am not a numismatic...)  The background is a 20-euro bill.

  13. Cool. I like the hole in the coin. You can wear it as jewelry.

The composition of this post is pretty neat, too. The paper money back ground contrasting two types of money plus old and new.

  19. You could make that into an interesting piece of jewellery, especially since it already has the hole through the centre!
