we are closed until 3/22

picture from the net

I have been glued to the old laptop  watching Chilean television and the devastating images after the Saturday morning's 8.8-magnitud earthquake, which may have shifted the earth's axis and created shorted days... Relatives and friends are safe, thanks for your concern and for your kind comments. My heart, however, is saddened by the dramatic images I have seen . I won't be seen in the blogosphere for a couple of weeks.  I will be back, though!

  2. I don't blame you a bit Mar. It's hard to blog when your heart is so concerned for all that's going on. I continue to pray for all the people of Chile. And for you.

  7. I have no words.
Well we were in the San Antiono area, in fact, by accident.
And went by the beautiful recreational Coast down south from there, now so affected.
I must admit admit, when I see the pictures, my tears keep fslling down.
    It's so unbelievable.
    But also not so unexpeted.
During our 4 Vaction in your beautiful homeland, Chile, we of course, could feel something we are not used to here in Norway: Small shakes or - well not at all but what was said to us: Normal.
    Like a Storm or something.

    Big hugs
