I saw this sign yesterday on my way back home from voting. It was election day in Spain and a milestone in my life since it was the first time I could vote as a Spanish citizen. Therefore I had no doubt about it, I was going to go vote. For the undecided, however, there was this sign in my neighborhood, it reads "Vote, Manolo" on an old painting (check out the sky to find the two words)... somebody does this type of things around elections to remind us - in a very creative way - of our civil obligations.
that's definitely much better than the ones we are used to seeing around here during election time! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a funny way to make publicity ! But now I am very surprised and also curious. How does it come that you took the spanish Nationality ?? Aren't you German by marriage ? Or are you both now ? As I am Italian and German.
ReplyDeleteI'm also interested in the answer to Gattina's question.
