weekend snapshot

home **

La Pedrera aka Casa Mila, is one of the main Gaudi residential buildings and one of the most imaginative houses of the architecture history. The present owner - a foundation - opened the building to visitors (selected areas, including the roof!) and has developed a big variety of cultural exhibitions and events.

This is normally a busy main street downtown Barcelona , but not on a Saturday morning. I was downtown last Saturday, had a stroll and delightful family lunch, the three of us.

Test: post scheduled to be published at 12:01 am on 2/18...(see blogger in draft)
Update: and it worked!!!
