Dreaming - not only of a white Xmas but of lots of snow (and sunshine!) for the upcoming ski season- yes: I live at sea level, I can walk to the beach and I see the Med every day... . This pic was taken during the last Xmas holidays at the French Alps, you see it virtually displayed in a Museum thanks to this site.

  2. Beautiful picture. :) I hope your dream comes true!

I'm not a big fan of snow, or of downhill skiing, but we have a week booked in the Swiss Alps in February. I'll probably be doing lots of cross-country skiing that week.

    Have a good weekend. :)

  3. Beautiful pictures and they are exposed ? I am not so keen on snow either, I prefer sunshine and warm weather. I choose some pictures I have taken in Turkey, landscapes which made me dream.

  33. Great pictures.

I love the snow as well except driving on it. I like it best untouched, just freshly falling. It so serene and peaceful.

I am dreaming of a white Christmas myself.
