This year's final concert of the Music Academy took place yesterday evening. Here: Nirvana.
It was a very special talent show...! I was surprised to hear songs from Creedence Clearwater Revival, Jimmy Hendrix or Lynyrd Skynyrd here. The little piano players remain loyal to the very classical pieces!
A son that's a rock star! :) How about that? Is he celebrating the fact that secondary school is nearly over and done with? does he practice at home? or does he have his own sound proof accoustic space? :) (questions questions)
ReplyDeleteThese are very interesting pictures Mar...I like that they aren't in focus, yet...they sort of are...How did you accomplish that?
ReplyDeleteAnd I take it that handsome young man is your son...! You must be very proud of him, my dear...!
Rock on! The photos are pretty cool. :)

Reverberate - he played a song from Nirvana with a band, other students from this academy
Yellow Rose, proud momma! yes, he intends to keep up his e-guitar lessons while he attends college
Maria - no, he would have love to become a rock star but he is down to earth now and knows he needs a college education: business major!
Tante X - :-D

Wow, that sounds fun, especially when they play songs from those groups!
ReplyDeleteI would have enjoyed that concert! I bet your son is very talented. My oldest started guitar lessons a few years ago (he's 23) and it's fun to listen to him practicing in his room.
ReplyDeleteFunny... my son plays drums - and I ALMOST put him up today! Maybe next week! Your son looks AWESOME on that guitar!
