I have countless pictures with flowers as a theme. All kinds, colors, shapes. While going through them I found this one, which I have chosen because it is special to me: it is from my mom's garden, pictured last december in the Southern hemisphere. I particularly like the contrast, the vivid pink, the deep green, the water drops... but I am biased, it is my mom's and I took the picture! Happy Saturday!

    very pretty!!! i have yet to join this meme... mostly cause i'm so busy with school right now and can barely get my WW, T13 and FF in on time!!!!!!
    i love that color... reminds me of my bridesmaid dresses when i got married! shocker that they were a shade of pink huh??????

    That is a beautiful rose. I love roses but I can't seem to grow them like this in my garden.

    Such a lovely rose... I can almost smell it...ahhhh....

    I love the contrast from the inner petals to the outer petals. So beautiful. I would be biased too!
