I'm so jealous. I really need to visit Europe one day. There's this Travel show on PBS that we catch sometimes and they showed a trip to the Galapagos Islands via a sail boat and that just looked like so much fun. I love mulled wine. I used to work for a company owned by a British company and we had mulled wine at the Christmas party. I used to make mulled wine after that (1980s) as I got the recipe from the owner's wife who made the mulled wine. I stopped making it in recent years, too lazy.
